BOOKING & PAYMENT
As a boutique salon availability is limited.
We strive to provide all clients with excellent customer service & access to appointments. Initial booking is via the contact form only. We endeavour to gather information prior, in order we meet your expectations & maximise hands on time.
Please advise your mobile (+ voucher) number, being specific with your treatment request.
Whilst all experiences are bespoke, time on the bed is a personal choice.
Detail your availability, preferred days, times, & dates (please note, weekends are popular). We will diary check & offer suggestions.
An advanced payment text will be issued for the entire amount (or voucher balance) & must be completed within 24h. We work on a first received, first served basis.
Email to accept with DOB, address including postcode, advise of any underlying issues, relevant medical information, direction you'd like the treatment to take.
Confirmation will be sent on receipt.
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours for any reason.
We understand things happen, nevertheless, the skin suite has a 3 appointment daily capacity & incurs a 50% late charge of the total service cost. Please advise by email Monday - Saturday between 9 am & 5pm.
Notifications will not be addressed after 5pm Saturday, Sundays, & Bank Holidays, we would not disturb clients in an attempt to reallocate on potential rest days.
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours for any reason.

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals & perform the most complete treatment possible in the remaining time. However, as a courtesy to the next client, as well as promoting a calm & professional environment, your treatment will finish on time & may constitute a cancellation charged at 100% of the total service cost.
TREATMENT VS CLINIC TIME
We cannot accommodate early arrivals & will meet you at your scheduled appointment start, allowing time for you to check in (check out...) - relax. Clinic sessions allow a few minutes to disrobe, dress, & garner advice.
We recommend you plan ahead, location & full menu descriptions can be found on the website.
Booking in advance on voucher receipt is vital (i.e subject to therapist not client availability).
In accordance with the firm cancellation & rescheduling policy, vouchers will be deducted or forfeited if intended to cover the session.
Vouchers have an expiry date which will not be extended, exchanged, refunded, or transferable to another person.
Please follow the booking instructions, a payment text will be sent if there is a balance to pay to secure your appointment. Product purchases must be chosen, ordered (subject to stock, alternatives maybe offered at short notice) & collected prior to expiry. We value your time & offer extended appointments free of charge. We want you to have a great experience & return. Equally, please respect our time to accommodate other clients. Booking is advised on receipt & salon policy is firm - no exceptions are made.

Prospective client appointments are not guaranteed & conditional on completing a preconsultation form & being suitable for treatment. Alternative services or products maybe offered to voucher recipients where this is not the case.
Voucher sales are final at the point of sale, please read all the terms & conditions, emailing any concerns prior to purchase.
Due to data protection, privacy, & practicality, all communication is direct with the recipient client by email only.
Please arrive showered & use public comfort facilities prior to arrival (whilst visiting Jarrolds or the market). Silent phones in the the treatment room please.
