BOOK THE FACE TREATMENT Both the education & advanced face treatments are bespoke on the day. Go to the FACE menu page or click any booking button to be directed to the Fresha platform diary. Choose a day & time, your appointment is secured with full payment. Confirmation & reminders are sent prior. Time is valuable, to receive maximum hands on please visit the bathroom prior & attend makeup free.
BOOK MASSAGE Massage is bespoke on the day & all first time appointments are 90 minutes + Check the diary from the menu & send a 'quick enquiry' from the home page with appointments you'd prefer. Let us know the best days & times that work for you, we will do our best to accommodate where we can any late availability. Your provisional appointment is held for 24h until receipt of payment. Secure this by completing text request. Please revisit the diary if there is a delay, as slots are returned to the system to ensure maximum availability for clients. Please complete the booking form on the home page with all relevant information. We need to make sure you are safe to treat prior to acceptance. When consultation & payment are received your appointment will be confirmed. For your comfort it is best to arrive showered & free of makeup. Please visit the bathroom prior to maximise hands on time, Franks Bakery or Jarrolds are closest.
RESCHEDULING WITHIN 48H If you need to change your appointment within 48 hours, please notify us by email. We understand circumstances arise, however the skin suite has limited daily capacity. A 50% late charge of the total service cost will apply. Notifications must be sent Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Messages received after 5pm, or on Sundays & Bank Holidays will be processed at 9am on the next working day. We do not disturb clients on rest days to attempt last minute reallocation. Salon policy is firm & no exceptions are made.
CANCELLATION WITHIN 24H If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 100% cancellation charge applies. The skin suite has limited daily capacity & the appointment time cannot realistically be reallocated at short notice. Please notify by email: Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm Messages received outside these hours or on a Bank Holiday will be processed at 9am on the next working day. Whilst we appreciate things happen, salon policy is firm & no exceptions are made.
LATE ARRIVALS We will always try to accommodate late arrivals & perform the most complete treatment possible within the remaining time. Out of courtesy to the next client & to maintain a calm professional environment, treatments will still finish at the scheduled time. Late arrival may constitute a cancellation charged at 100% of the service cost.
TREATMENT TIME VS CLINIC Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, we no longer have a conventional walk in reception, you will be met promptly downstairs. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated. Clinic sessions allow time for: • disrobing and dressing • consultation and advice • treatment preparation Please plan ahead, location details & full treatment descriptions are available on the website.
VOUCHER BOOKING TERMS Please request your specific treatment via the booking form. A generic link for a 2 hour slot will be emailed to access the Fresha platform diary. Booking on receipt is essential & subject to therapist availability rather than client availability. Vouchers must follow the same rescheduling & cancellation policies. If a voucher is intended to cover the treatment cost it will be deducted or forfeited. Voucher conditions • vouchers have an expiry date • vouchers cannot be extended • vouchers are non-refundable • vouchers are non-transferable If a balance remains on a voucher booking, an advanced payment text will be sent to secure the appointment. Where a product is preferred • the product must be chosen • ordered • collected Before the expiry date & subject to availability, where an alternative may occasionally be offered. We value your time & frequently provide extended appointments without additional charge. In return we ask clients to respect our time so other clients can also access appointments. Salon policy is firm and no exceptions are made.
RESPECT | HEALTH | SAFETY Please do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell or if anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of illness. This protects both therapist and other clients. Prospective client appointments are conditional upon completion of the preconsultation form & suitability for treatment. Where treatment is not appropriate, alternative services or product recommendations may be offered. Voucher sales are final at the point of purchase. Please review all terms before purchasing and email any questions beforehand. Due to data protection, privacy and practicality, all communication is conducted directly with the client attending, & by email only. RETREAT OVERVIEW Mojo & Glow retreats are small-group experiences designed for restoration, learning, and meaningful connection. The retreat is hosted within a private Mediterranean villa environment intended for shared experience and relaxation... • communal living spaces • relaxed group dining • respectful use of the property & facilities Guests participate in activities at their own discretion. By confirming your place, you agree to respect the retreat environment, the property, and fellow guests. Participation requires reading & agreeing to the retreat policies below before booking.
RETREAT PAYMENT A £300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. Your space is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Deposits are strictly non refundable under any circumstances, as your reservation removes availability for other guests. The remaining retreat balance must be paid in full by 1 June. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in the booking being released and the deposit forfeited.
RETREAT FOOD The retreat cuisine celebrates local Mediterranean cooking, including meat & fish. Meals are prepared within shared villa kitchen environments. Guests with serious allergies must check in advance whether their needs can be safely accommodated. We have one chef for multiple course menus. If you have particular dietary preferences or specialised requirements, this retreat may not be suitable.
RETREAT TRAVEL Retreat arrival is coordinated via Alicante Airport. Check-in at the villa is 2:00pm on the arrival day. Check-out is 10:00am on the departure day. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend extending your stay either before or after the retreat. This allows time to integrate the experience & explore the surrounding coastline and mountain villages without rushing arrangements.
RETREAT HEALTH Guests must declare any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to attending. This ensures all activities and treatments offered during the retreat remain appropriate and safe for participants. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in participation restrictions. Guests participate in all retreat activities voluntarily. By attending the retreat, guests accept full responsibility for their physical health, wellbeing, & participation in any activities offered. Mojo & Glow reserves the right to modify activities or decline participation where safety concerns arise & accept no liability for personal injury or illness.
OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES Mojo & Glow shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering the retreat due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including anything considered a ‘force majeure’. If a retreat must be cancelled or postponed due to a force majeure event, guests will be offered • a transfer to a future retreat date • or a credit toward a future event Deposits remain non refundable in these circumstances. Reasons may include but are not limited to • insufficient participant numbers • venue unavailability • facilitator illness • safety concerns If a retreat is cancelled by the host, guests will receive either • a full refund of payments made (excluding travel costs), or • the option to transfer the booking to a future retreat. If a guest cancels after paying the remaining balance, refunds may only be possible if the space can be resold. If the place is resold, a refund may be issued minus administrative costs. If the place cannot be filled, the retreat payment remains non-refundable. Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that has a robust travel disruption & cancellation policy. Mojo & Glow cannot be responsible for losses related to travel, illness, flight disruption, or personal circumstances preventing attendance. That includes loss or damage to personal belongings, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
