Should you need to change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours for any reason.
We understand things happen, nevertheless, the skin suite has a 3 appointment daily capacity & incurs a 50% late charge of the total service cost. Please advise by email Monday - Saturday between 9 am & 5pm. Notifications will not be addressed after 5pm Saturday, Sundays, & Bank Holidays, we would not disturb clients in an attempt to reallocate on potential rest days.

We understand things happen, nevertheless, the skin suite has a 3 appointment daily capacity & incurs a 100% cancellation charge of the total service cost. Please advise by email Monday - Saturday between 9 am & 5pm. Notifications will not be addressed after 5pm Saturday, Sundays, & Bank Holidays, but responded to as received at 9am on the next conventional working day.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals & perform the most complete treatment possible in the remaining time. However, as a courtesy to the next client, as well as promoting a calm & professional environment, your treatment will finish on time & may constitute a cancellation charged at 100% of the total service cost.
TREATMENT VS CLINIC TIME
We will greet you at your scheduled appointment start, allowing time for you to check in & check out - relax, adjust your energy. Clinic sessions allow a few minutes for you to disrobe, dress & garner advice. We recommend that you plan ahead (location & full menu descriptions can be found on the website). We endeavour to request information prior to consultation in order we meet your expectations & maximise hands on time, beforehand.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Please advise your mobile (+ voucher) number, being specific with your treatment request (whilst all experiences are bespoke, time on the bed is a personal choice - see menu for full descriptions). Preferred days & times, DOB, address including postcode, advise of any underlying issues, relevant medical information, direction you'd like the treatment to take.
An advanced payment link will be sent for the entire amount (or voucher balance) via text (valid for 24h).
In accordance with the firm cancellation & rescheduling policy, all courses & gift vouchers have an expiry date, likewise, will be deducted or forfeited if intended to cover the session. Vouchers have an expiry date which will not be extended, exchanged, refunded, or are transferable.
RESPECT & SAFETY
Do not attend your appointment if you or your household have experienced any COVID or vaccination related symptoms 14 days prior to your visit.
Please do attend your appointment fresh as a daisy, showered before massage, & use public comfort facilities prior to arrival (whilst visiting Jarrolds or the market).
