You are our guest, charge your phone, use the wifi, enjoy a great coffee - advice & the skin bar are completely free if you see a smile behind the desk (we may be in treatment). Play with the products - take off the day before you go home. Treatments start at £10 (& that's also complementary with purchase). We love to talk skin, & have yet to come across a skin challenge we can't manage, with a client, together.
We value your loyalty, a generous accumulation of 20% off product purchases (£1 spent per loyalty card TREATment point) can be used towards up to 50% against future services.

As a boutique salon availability is limited. We strive to provide all clients with excellent customer service & access to appointments. Please ensure you have opted in & your contact details are up to date - to receive confirmations, a timely email & text reminders.
The skin suite has a 4 appointment daily capacity & incurs a 50% late charge within 48 hours of the total service cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours incur a no show charge of 100% of the total service cost.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals & perform the most complete treatment possible in the remaining time. However, as a courtesy to the next client, as well as promoting a calm & professional environment, your treatment will finish on time & may constitute a cancellation.
TREATMENT VS CLINIC TIME
Please allow extra time either side of your treatment to check in & check out. Relax, adjust your energy, take advantage of the skin bar & advice. Clinic time allows a few minutes for disrobing & redressing, you will receive maximised hands on time. We recommend that you plan ahead & are very happy to answer any questions you may have about location & treatment expectations beforehand.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, & a 50% deposit may be taken depending on booking method. Payment on the day by your chosen method of either Visa, MasterCard or cash.
In accordance with the firm cancellation & rescheduling policy, all courses & gift vouchers have an expiry date, likewise will be deducted or forteited if intended to cover the session.
